Scope and fees: The two plans are early-access proposals, not live self-service subscriptions. Customer websites beyond one page, domain registration, licensed media, external booking/payment tools, email/SMS usage, and taxes may cost extra if specified before approval. Review management is not guaranteed to obtain more or better reviews. Customers control their public posts, and mixed or sensitive owner replies require manual approval.

Each business receives an individual scope showing what is available now, what needs provider authorization, and what is in development.

Available for approved pilots

One-page website drafting, revision/approval and HTML handoff; QR feedback collection; customer-edited AI review drafts; merchant workspace and source-labeled feedback insights. Site publication and ongoing service are coordinated manually.

Provider approval required

Individual email/SMS review invitations and Google Business Profile review sync/AI replies are implemented behind consent and provider approval gates. They are not enabled for every business. SMS registration and a verified sending setup are required.

Marketing automation in development

Automated review request sequences, follow-ups, Referrals, Rebooking reminders, email broadcasts, NPS surveys and social sharing are planned; they are not currently available as a complete marketing system.

More integrations in development

Competitive intelligence, staff leaderboards, gift integrations and broad third-party CRM integration coverage require additional development. We will confirm availability and usage limits before quoting any of these as included.

Both offers are reviewed with your business individually. We want you to know what is included, what is still in development, and what is billed separately before activation.

Are all marketing automation features available today?

Not yet. Some require verified provider access or merchant consent, while others are in development. Each written proposal will identify available services before activation.

Can I keep my existing website?

Yes. Choose ONRUMA Reviews if you only need review and marketing management. Complete adds a one-page business website, with extra pages quoted separately.

Are website updates unlimited?

No. Complete includes up to two consolidated small content edit requests, 30 minutes total per month. New pages, redesigns, domains and third-party tools are separately scoped.

Will ONRUMA send texts or post replies automatically?

Only after the required email/SMS sender approvals, verified merchant consent and applicable Google integrations are available. Sensitive replies require human approval. Recipients must have valid messaging consent.
