OPTIONAL ONGOING SUPPORT

Simple, useful, measurable.

A clear recurring scope—not an open-ended set of surprise charges.

01

Website updates

Adjust service descriptions, photos, hours, banners, staff profiles, and customer calls to action.

02

Technical check-ins

Review important links, mobile layouts, forms, and agreed third-party integrations. Monitoring scope depends on the plan.

03

Customer feedback

Link to the ONRUMA review experience, and surface source-labeled customer feedback as approved data becomes available.

PRACTICAL SUPPORT LIMITS

Small updates at an understandable cost.

These are introductory scopes offered separately from a one-time website build. Your written quote identifies exceptions and platform fees.

One-page site care · $49/month

One consolidated small edit request each month, up to 15 minutes total. Good for changes to hours, text, photos and contact details.

Business website care · $79/month

Up to two small edit requests monthly, 30 minutes total. Larger pages, redesigns and complex integrations need a separate quote.

Domain, hosting and paid apps are included only when written in your proposal. Review management is a separate pilot service subject to approval and merchant consent, not an automatic inclusion.

OWNER CONTROL

Your brand. Your access.

Website ownership, content, domain controls, third-party subscriptions, and admin access should all be documented in your proposal. Support is optional and should not lock you out of your website.

START WITH A CLEAR PLAN

Let’s design a care plan that fits.

Share your site and the changes you need. We can separate must-haves from nice-to-haves.
